Barack should distance himself from Reverend Wright

After making homophobic and racist comments Reverent James Wright should not be let off the hook. I know America has a long history of racism towards minorities but that does not excuse people from racism of another kind. Senator Obama should distance himself from reverend Wright and re-evaluate his position with his former preacher. Please Senator do not let this negative incident tarnish your chances of becoming president
