India and the future of democracy

India has a bright future if can maintain its democracy. So far it has been given one gift given to it by the British. The British helped to build first rate institutions. Those institutions are vital in the maintennance of democracy. India has freedom and China does not. For that exact reason I think India will do well in time to come.
