The Sri Lankan End Game

The Sri Lankan Government is poised to defeat the terrorist group known as the Tamil Tigers once and for all. The struggle should be over and the Sri Lankans should let in the UN High Commisioner for Refugees. There is still a humanitarian catatrastophy in the North West part of the country. Please do not let the tigers off the hook.
