I am a fan of safeway

Ill be the first to say that I am a fan of safeway. I buy the majority of my groceries from them and they are a great supplier. First of all no corporation does everything right the majority of the time. None the less others do well to clean up their act considerably. None the less it is good times and fun eating for all.

Super boring and totally useful

Somethings in life can be both super boring and yet totally useful at the same time. School is one of those such entities. Figuring things out and making things work for you is a difficult task. None the less it is doable. So far things are getting better on an incremental basis. Right now I am in the process of putting my life slowly back together again.

Why FHM beats Maxim and why Marvel beats DC

Being a guy has several things to be liked and desired. Namely that certain publications are better than others and certain out fits get the characters right. This is certainly true of things in a lot of ways. For example FHM is a superior guy mag to Maxim in most respects. Just as Marvel makes better comics consistently than does DC by the same token. These are certain abiding truths in the matter of taste category.

The Water Down effect revisited

You seem to be a person who does a remarkable amount of things very well. None the less you feel incredibly slighted and totally under appreciated. Things shouldn't be this way but they some how are. None the less you have to make the best of the given situation you are in right now. Sometimes presence of will is good enough. The water down effect takes place when you do quality jobs and are still ignored. Truth and pain are constant companions. Cheers.

The Nature of Cold reality and the rest of it all

Reality is cold lets face it. Aspects of it down right suck. None the less making the best of the given situation is a difficult art form given the present climate and situation. None the less I am determined to do the right thing the majority of time even if it is the decidely more difficult thing to do. None the less things are getting better around here on an incremental basis

Hatching a plan to go back to the Phillippines

Right now a plan is in the works to get me back on Phillippine soil as soon as is humanly possible. This is a good reason from several points of view. Namely that opportunities for people like me are slightly better there and here. None the less a good and largely positive time will be had by all.

The final days of the Christmas break

The count down to the return to California begins right now and things are getting better slowly. My family situation remains a little more involute than I would like it to be. However things on this front are getting better. I am going to have to rethink a lot of the relationships in my life and this process will not be so good to go through. None the less what has to be done will be done.

Assessing the future and tacking the wind

Right now you are in a shifting phase and things are getting better albeit slowly. Reorienting yourself is a difficult but not insurmountable task. You have to find out for you what works and what works for others as well. This is a difficult art that is going to get better all the time none the less.

Back to the pedagocical draffting board for you

The Post secondary life is a touch and go experience from start to finish. Regular college was good but the people were douchebags. None the less you are trying to do your best to make the best out of a bad situation. This is no mean feat mind you however it is what has to be done. Sometimes facing the music can have its advantages. This is one of those such experiences at least on a personal scale.

The Better Candidate clearly won

I have to say this about the 2008 presidential election. Barack Obama was clearly the superior candidate even from the start. The next level of democrats under him all basically suck. This would include Hilary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren and Al Franken. This assessment is genuine and Hilary Clinton would have been a terrible candidate if she had been elected as such. Kudos to you Mr. Obama now deal better with the recession ahead.
