It is official Sheikh Hasina the leader of the Awami League Party of Bangladesh is the Benazir Bhutto of her country. She is the first female Prime Minister in the history of Bengali politics. Still she has a daunting task ahead of her now. Her country is in dire straits. It will take a lot to elevate the mass of Bengalis out of poverty.
