President Bush just concluded a six nation tour of Africa.
The Importance of Politics of the dark continent can be felt even now. Africa does have a lot of natural resources including oil, uranium, diamonds and gold that are of immense value to the United States. Never has African politics been more important then now. Especially in light of Kenya and Darfur. We need to have an over arching strategy that promotes allies and helps solve conflicts within the African continent.
