The President of South Africa is a moron.
President Embeke's nation has the highest per capita Aids and HIV infection rate and he is claiming that the two are not connected. Clearly he does not live in same reality that the rest of us do. Its true not all the people who have gotten HIV have died of AIDS yet. But it is also true that all the people who have died of AIDS got HIV before the died. President Embeke please wake up to reality.
