Kasab on trial

Later today terror suspect Ajmal Amir Kasab "The Butcher" is going on trial. The rule of law is really important for the functioning of democracy. An example of fairness historically was the acquittal of the British officers in the Boston Massacre of 1775. A similar precedent could be applied to the Kasab trial now. Fairness and legitimacy of the process must come before all things.
