Third world politics is ridiculous

AN Indian politician was arrested because he landed a helicopter in the wrong place. I found such a thing to be thoroughly ridiculous. Country's should not engage in arbitrary arrest. It is like if my father were running for election in California and someone were to have him arrested for parking in the wrong parking lot. That of course would never happen in America. If India claims to be a civilized country it cannot allow arbitrary arrests
